IS my mass Air going out?

I'm unsure of my problem but im thinking maybe the maf is heading out.... during light driving it feels like there is a dead spot in the throttle during part throttle form like 2-3500 just feels alittle boggy, And at idle the car seems extremely rich with the windows down it almost gasses me out... I have ful exhaust out the back and no leaks.... the ful;e pressure is set to 38 psi

If you think its the MAF, pull it and take a look. hows the idle? Sometimes the sensor just needs a good cleaning with electrical parts cleaner and it will run like new.

Clean the MAF as suggested. If that doesn't fix it, replace the TPS. A flat spot in the TPS will act just like you described.

is the TPS the black sensor on top of the throttlebody w/ three wires coming out of it going to a plug? i think it's only 2 screws

If you think the maf is bad, you can have a shop read the voltage at idle and see, mine was really low, .4 something at idle, my car had horrid driveability problems. Or if you have access to a snap on scanner or the ford star tester, those should be able to read the voltage.

Are you having trouble at first starts? Does it seem like it bogs down when pulling off?
