Are you putting in burnt CD's? If you have any labels on them they won't eject properly. You have to use a marker to label them. The Ford salesperson din't know or forgot to tell me and I found out the hard way.
basically what i do when i get the CD error of doom and the cd wont spit out is: pull the negative terminal on the battery and wait for 2 hrs or so.... she then spits em out......
I know not to put labels on them. It was worse with CDRs but would still do it with regular CDs too. Mine would start to spit them out and then get stuck. I would have to take tweesers and pull out the CD without scracthing it.
