is there no answer to my dilemma?!?

^ done all that

It's very doubtful that you did ALL of it. If you had, you would driving the car because you found and fixed the problem.

Most people look at the checklist and think it is too much trouble. They pick and choose what they want to test or check instead of starting at the top of the checklist and working their way to the bottom. They stumble around and replace this part and replace that part. Sometimes they get lucky and replace the right part. Most of the time they just get frustrated and poorer for their troubles. The checklist was designed to help eliminate the wasted time and effort to find and fix the defective component(s) in the system. It works if you work it.

Do the voltage drop tests and look for bad connections, corroded wiring and excessive voltage drops across components.

Honestly though, it really does sound like a ground issue. Possibly the fender ground or the block to firewall ground strap. I had a block to firewall ground strap go out on me and it caused all kinds of starting issues. Even ended up glowing red and causing a fire. I'd check that too. Maybe replace it with a nice thick battery ground-type cable.

i had a brand new firewall strap that i just put it and still nothing.

i have done it all... ive been told all this before and came here hoping someone could have an answer because to me this just doesnt make sense why it wont .

redo the grounds with 4 guage wiring if not already done, make sure solenoid is grounded good,(sand paint off back side where it contacts engine bay) could be a starter issue i had problems where i went thru like 3 starters 1 year and the a-holes that put the 2nd one in wouldnt believe me it was bad but it was

my issue with it starting was it would start and be fine but then other times wouldnt start for *****,id have to keep trying to turn the key until it would start up till finally it didnt anymore, was bad starter

The voltage drop tests need to be done while cranking the engine. It's the current flowing through a connection or wire that causes the voltage drop.
