It's very doubtful that you did ALL of it. If you had, you would driving the car because you found and fixed the problem.
Most people look at the checklist and think it is too much trouble. They pick and choose what they want to test or check instead of starting at the top of the checklist and working their way to the bottom. They stumble around and replace this part and replace that part. Sometimes they get lucky and replace the right part. Most of the time they just get frustrated and poorer for their troubles. The checklist was designed to help eliminate the wasted time and effort to find and fix the defective component(s) in the system. It works if you work it.
Do the voltage drop tests and look for bad connections, corroded wiring and excessive voltage drops across components.
