Is this a good price all inclusive?

My brother called a local place to me and asked for some prices on some stuff. Long story short, my brother asked him how much for a supercharger. The shop said $4300 all inclusive...Is that a too good to be true price or is it just average? I believe it was for a vortech setup.

I am having mine done for $5800 all-inclusive.. That includes a dyno-tune, chip, all parts as well by a professional who's installed hundreds of s/c's..

I will get more info on it..I believe it includes a reflash of my comp on the dyno.
