Is this an exhaust leak?

There's a sound I can't quite describe. The best way to describe it is metallic vibration, something like if you spin a quarter on a desk, it only lasts a few seconds, does it in any gear but only when the gear is winding out and the tranny is going to shift (it's an aode). Thanks for any help anyone can offer with my weird unknown sound.

Edit: it comes from the passenger side, under the hood, but around the exhaust manifold. Did i just answer my own question?

no updates but to me it sounds like an exhaust flange or something vibrating.
