My old rotors seems like someone ran with no pads and the rotors were trash. I bought some cheap from a guy locally. I got them turned and my braking is better. I just noticed this.... there is a lighter coloerd area.... also my brakes sometime squeak, not much but sometime when just pressing on the pedal i hear a little squeak. I dont know so i am asking you guys....

i put them on like less than 2 weeks ago.

Look at the rotor through the hole in the wheel.

No, it's not normal. Did you put new pads on with your "new" rotors? If you reused the old pads then whatever wear pattern was on the old rotors would be somewhat recreated on the new rotors.

Maryland Stang is right, you should have changed the pads when you got the rotors turned.

i did change the pads when i put them on.....

i would bet that their is something wrong with your calipers. either the piston isnt pushing out squarely or that it is locked up.

It looks like only half of your pad is touching the rotor....pull it off and see if the caliper is seized.
