Whenever I go to heat up my tires, my back end slides out to the left instantly. After a second or two it stops sliding and continues to creep forward. So I end up power braking at an angle down the track/street. Makes it difficult to heat the tires up for a decent amount of time.

Is this a common thing? My friend runs into the same problems in his truck, and he has a brand new rear end...

is it 5speed or auto? do you apply the brake after you start your stage? if its manual try to heal/toe the brake and gas so your braking before you drop the clutch. also a set of aftermarket lca's will keep the back end from sliding sideways
