$6k That must be Canadian money, right?

I can see $3-4K if you do all the prep work yourself. The materials alone will put you at probably $1500 or so.

Awesome, can't wait to see it when it's done. Very tasteful color combo.

The only updates I have right now is that my car is in my friend's garage waiting for the torturous treatment....I'm almost scared to start, but I have lots of time. The guy doing the paint said he'll have to start in December, because presently he has a GTO restomod and a Stingray Corvette to finish up.

Each full custom job he does takes him about a month, so I'm guessing I'll get myself a perfect paintjob...

Wow man, that ain't no Maaco job you're getting. Still, I can't see why a really really good paint job should take more than a couple weeks. Your car is rust-free, so prep should be that bad...

Are you going for the two tone paint job or just the DSG?

If you're going to paint the car, might as well change up the hood and front bumper while you're at it!

Cobra front bumper and 94-98 Cobra R hood.
