J3 Service port adapter?

Anybody had any experiance with the J3 service port adapter from Moates.com. Only 60.00 for the chip and there are free tuning software links. I know you still have to buy a programmer but they are only around 150.00. Anybody??

I saw this in an older thread. Moates.COM and WWW.Moates.COM don't exist. Can anyone where I can find one?
