I want to jack up the driver side of my 90 GT. I'm curious on the safest way to do so. Should I jack up using the K member and pumpkin then place jack stands under the front and rear frame rails?

Pretty sure I answered this on FB. Jack it up just how you described. The frame rails are fine. Do you not have subframe connectors?

Can I use the subframe connectors to jack the car up? Mine are welded on each side and then bolted in the middle to the seat bolts.

Put the stands under the axle and control arms, that was the car is sitting the way it would on the ground.
