During my Rim buying experience JEGS sent me a pair of Draglites that were the wrong lug pattern!!! (4 lug instead of 5 lug) I complained about their incompetence and had to wait 10 days for a call tag to come from them, to package them up and send them back to Jegs.. inside the box I wrote a huge letter specifying them to give me my focking money back and do not exchange the wheels... I didn't want them exchanged because I already went ahead and ordered yet another set of rims from them because I am a impatient person... well it has been 27 days since I shipped them back to JEGS and today I got a confirmation email saying new rims were sent to me!!! This is after I just spoke to them and they promised my card would be refunded on Wednesday March 24th ... I just called them and they admitted that they don't know how another set of 4 lug rims were sent out but if I accept the package, and wait for their call tag I can send them back again and they will refund my money!! Geezus, I'm stuck in the Twilight Zone...
also... when these retards sent out the new rims, they charged my card again $270 dollars... so I have been charged this fee 3 times, My first pair is now back at Jegs, 2nd pair is fine, and now there is a 3rd pair in transit to my house!!!! At this point I'm waiting on 2 refunds for like $540 dollars...
I just called Fedex, and told em to stop the truck and turn the hell around, I will not accept the package.. RETURN TO SENDER.. they were cool about it, now I just have wait another month for jegs to get their head out of their ass and refund me...or maybe they will send out a 4th pair of rims!!
