In shoreline, wa, its a tiny house (820 sq ft) but it has a 6 car shop in back (after all my junk is in it I can prob fit 4 cars), an extra 1 car gar, and a garden shed.

the sad part is I now have a place to work on all my projects inside from the rain I don't have much cash to fund my projects.

Still its pretty sweet, and I will never have to work out of a 1 car gar again!

I was going to just get a shop/warehouse and live in it, but after looking around it really wasent any cheaper. In the seattle area the cost is in the property not the building, and on top of that it would tough it get laid living in a shop ( you can't always plan the away game unfortunitly)
