MAC is one of the greatest sounding exhaust systems available. Magnaflow is pretty good, but a lot better on a mod motor. Flows i have never liked that much, i was so stoked wheni got my old flowmast catback. But When i got my MAC i couldnt believe that i even thought about flows.
i have the mac pro dump setup with shorty headers and an x-pipe........
wish i could get some sound clips......loud with a great tone......instead of the dumps being turned straight down.....they are at a 45* angle or so......and they don't drone as bad...
We dont have emmisson tests in Maine thank god. We do have yearly inspections and you do have to have a leagal exhuast system, meaning cats but there are ways to get around that The yearly inspections suck b/c even if yoiu have a BRAND new car or truck you still have to get it inspected, its stupid as if something is really going to be wrong w/ a brand new car or truck. Should be every other yr or for cars that are so many yrs old. Just anohter way for Maine to Suck more money out of its tax payers.
