Just Replaced head gaskets but now have trouble starting car.....any ideas?

make sure your firing order is right. 13726548. hows my baby been doing. ive been sitting here trying to figure out if i did anything when we had the motor out of that that you should know about. i cant think of anything. sounds like you have a timing problem or you have a couple wires crossed. what did you have to do head gaskets for? been to the track yet?
Hey Steve. A few weeks ago I got it to run 13.0 at the track with the tires spinning bad off of the line. I sure do love this car. I think your right about it being a timing problem and I have gradually been getting it to run better. I am going to double check the firing order tommorow and see what I can do. Ill keep you posted

i figure it might run a little better seein how youre about 100LBS lighter than me. i figured maybe you popped a head gasket by runnin 87 in it. you could but you better turn the timing back. i had it at 18 i think. advanced. hey pm me. give me your address. that car has a lokar tranny dipstick and it comes with a special adapter so you put fluid in it. im moving and was goin through my stuff and found it. by the way i always used the chrysler fluid. atf+3
