For those who wish to delete the EGR, I took my headers down to a pipe fitting place in town, and they told me the threads are M22 1.5 thread pitch. So if you want to plug the egr, that is the fitting you need. It was pretty cheap too. Nice and effective way to bypass it.

I am going to cap bung on the headers, but you can get a plug and plug the tube coming up from the headers also.

Also, on my track heat lower intake manifold, there were some tapped holes in the corners. Well they didn't supply enough plugs, so I had to get one more. It's 3/8" pipe thread btw.

The tapped holes might be something for another car, maybe a fox body thing?

You are welcome. I have searched high and low and no one knew what it was. Everyone assumed it was metric but was never sure. And since many don't run the egr here, I was very surprised.

You can't get them in your town???? Any pipe fitting store should be able to get them. But if you don't have any in your town, let me know and I will get you a cap for the headers. The cap I got seemed to seat well but I will know tomorrow for sure when I start the car.

And yeah John, the tapped holes are for different cars, i.e. foxes that use the ect sensor in the lower intake, etc. I just ran out of plugs so I was SOL until I could take another plug out and find a shop that had one.

RC, I know what you mean. I added a bunch of keywords into the title just for that; I know what it's like trying to search for stuff here and having to go 10 pages deep to find it.

yeah the intake thing was kinda dumb they should give you enough for all the holes. I used up all them ones that came with it on the lower and had to ghetto rig the upper till i got around to finding a plug for the side hole
