Ok I am taking my V8 K member out of my donor car tomorow, to put in my 4 cyl conversion. I know people say that the k members are the same but this one is gonna be all cleaned up and painted fresh. Anyway I understand the 7 or 8 bolts on each side to take out. Do I have to do anything with the springs? I plan on taking the whole suspension and k member out as an assembly. Will the spring stay in place or do I have to do something with them? Any other suggestions or help? Thanks

the 4 banger and v8 are the same just motor mounts are different. there is 4 bolts on each side. then u have the front sway bar and the rod to the ster wheel the springs are going to come out
