I know I have seen guys on the board that are using a different reservoir for their KB intercooler set up. I have seen possibly one from Saleen and Chicane Sport. I would really like to use a different reservoir. Can anyone give me a price and availability of what I need to make this happen? I think Chicane had a polished one but I can not find this on their website. A bigger reservoir has to have some benefit and is the installation a PITA?

It's a round canister that sits right by the alternator. Black, I think.

I think the KB supplied unit is sufficient but I just wanted the extra capacity of the vortech unit (yes, the tank with the red cap) to hold more water in the hopes that it would allow for cooler water. The battery is in the trunk.

here's acouple pics of mine, the new res mounting brackets have mounting screws on the bottom for the res. pump which is pretty cool.

I would like to find a better looking one though. Polished perhaps

1st pic of res on top

2nd pic is from underneath the car. it's the res pump mounted underneath the the res..
