I gotta crash and pick back up in the morning....ah...its already morning. Well, later in the morning. It just took me the better part of 2 hours to get one bolt off and then back on with the new part. It was the new heater tube bolt. Man, somebody really has to make that part easier. Everything was easy until that stupid bolt. It was nearly impossible to remove and worse to put back on.

I also found out that I need a special fuel line disconnect tool. Dang! I have everything off now and am ready to put the charger on, but I have to get that special tool so I can mount the fuel rail on the charger while it is outside of the car. I didn't need to remove the disconnect to get the old one off, but I think I might need to disconnect it to mount the rail on the charger. I will post more pics later. NEEEEED SLEEEEEEP!

I hope to have the beast breathing fire later today. Damn this is fun!

I am looking for that fuel line disconnect tool also.. I went to the dealership and Ford does not sell them. They recommended me to buy it thru snap-on. Can anybody shed some light on this?

That thing looks awsome! I know what valve covers I want now... cast Alum to match the silver accents of the blower.

I already see that there are some things I will need to run to the parts store for, like loctite, new coolant, etc. They put the list right up front, so it will make it easy.

This is EXACTLY the things I need to know in advance so I can oreder them. I don't have a local store to run to for stuff like loctite and such. I know you'll be humping on this thing like crazy, but if you find the time, can you list those type items by part number so I can get them? I mean like what model loctite and stuff?

I break out the installation manual......all 104 pages! I can't believe how detailed the instructions are. I love it!

I don't suppose they sent you a .pdf file of that manual did they? I want to get my hands on it... need to call James I guess.

KB still hasn't found a 'doner' PCM with the same catch code as mine, so I guess I'll be sending them my PCM for download soon.

Is it different than a regular disconnect tool? I know there are different sizes, but aren't they basically the same type; wraps around the line, slides in and under the connecter and unlocks it? Post what it is so I can make sure I get/have one handy. Or, pick me up one and I'll send you $$...

I just found this on the Snap On site http://buy1.snapon.com/catalog/pro....618715&Cat_NAME=Diagnostic&store=snapon-store is this the type of tool we're talking about? Not what I expected.

Count me in, I want to watch this install. Everybody is so exited about this KB kit. Makes me wonder why nobody is interested in my 92.

This is great. Does it come with a new fuel pump? What about new fuel injectors and a chip?
