Kenne Bell FTW!

KBs for fox's suck...

They are nothing like a KB for a new Cobra if thats your thinking.

Now don't get me wrong they will still make power, but your limited with it. If your content with so so power, and good torque then it might be perfect for you.

I know this car is carbuerated, but would a twin screw for my car surge? I think it only happens on carbuerated engines...correct me if I'm wrong. I hate it when superchargers surge like this.

:D

Kenne Bells are alot of fun on a street car. But that being said, for the $3500 you are going to spend you could have a healthy motor that will make more power than your stocker with a KB on it. Plus you honestly need some other mods to your car before you go that route. Supporting parts for the blower and the added power

thank you finally somebody agrees with me

I'd have to agree with 25th. They aren't like the 03-04 Cobra's you see on the web. I would get a Vortec and run 8-10lbs. 8-10lbs and a GOOD tune from a dyno...not a handheld will make your car RUN!! Even a good set of HCI stuff will make good power. Most fox guys on stock motors that have left my tuners dyno make about 300RWHP with either setup. And over 400 with both. Boost doesn't break pistons, poor fuel and improper tuning does!

KB's are the best for a fun street stang. They are perfectly fine on a 5.0, they won't make as much power as say a Cobra like 25th said, but it will really be fun.

You should however port your heads with bigger valves, see thumper for that and you need to upgrade the fuel pump, injectors and exhaust. the stock cam is really good with a KB.
