Kenne Bell Question?

Hey i have decided to def. go kenne bell cause i just want a wicked street car! my question is do kenne bells run off the serpentine belt or can you get a crankshaft adapter to run a setup similar to the lightnings, cobra's? if not can you still get a larger crank pulley to run more boost without effecting all your other accessiories?

Kenne Bell superchargers run off of the serpentine belt. I am not sure about a bigger crank pulley, but i would definitely not do underdrives. The stock pulleys would be better for you because it is larger.

They make all sorts of pulleys for the supercharger to increase boost. When I installed mine I had to remove my under drives just like Garret mentioned. I'm not sure what mustang you have, or mods, but thus far I am pretty happy. I didn't get a lot of help from KB at first, but they proved to be a decent company by helping me work most the bugs out.

It runs off the serpentine belt only. You can try an 8" crank on there and smaller blower pulley as well. You want to make good power add a methanol kit and an SCT tune. I'm gonna miss mine but the turbo I'm going with is going to make gobs of more power but the KB is an awesome blower and what I would get again if I went with an SC for the street.
