Got em, love em, get the jacking rails too! They're great for a daily driver and weekend warrior. True racerwill end up w/ Griggs or MM stuff anyway. Pics of the install in the link in my sig.

had them on my 00 gt and loved them, great mod to do. This time around I will probably go with MM full length for the cobra, its next on my mod list.

I have their super subs with the jacking rails, I like them. Kenny Brown has some killer sales for parts/install sometimes if you are local. Some people are against anything kenny brown makes.

Do you need the extreme matrix brace to install the jacking rails?

I believe that's correct Brian. In all honesty if you already have subs you should be able to simply weld a 3/4" square tube up and have jacking rails, that's all it is. However, if you're going to get subs and get them from KB you might as well add the rails.

i've heard that if you get the full kit (SFC, Matrix, Jacking R.) they'll get in the way of aftermarket rear components such as the panhard bar, torque box, etc.. is this true?

I don't' see how if would get in the way of the suspension, If you get the whole kit side exhaust won't fit though.
