Key Places for Vacuum Leaks?

Does anyone know of or have any suggestions on key locations or parts that cause the majority of people vacuum leak woes? I'm trying to find places to look as potential trouble makers since I do not have any of the smog, egr, and other emissions crap hooked up. Since all of the emissions pieces are not hooked up some remain attached to the engine....i.e. EGR Valve, TAB and TAD, etc. The smog/air pump is not attached to the engine anymore. Majority of the lines are still there but some have been capped off and some haven't been. I don't feel really any vacuum being created from them when the engine is running.
