Hey guys I want to do a kill switch for my car sense I have so much money invested into it. I was wondering what power source I could tap into. I read that the green wire going to the inertia switch can be used. Any other ideas? Also, where is a good spot to hide the switch? Thanks for any ideas!

PATS system is pretty tough to beat without having a programmer to turn it off which takes time and crooks don't like sitting in your car too long. They will move right on to the Honda Accord instead.
This is why theft for cars with PATS went way down.
If they want your car that bad, they will tow it.
However one of the best ways to set up a kill switch is to put it right on the dash.
Find an option you don't have, say fog lights for example, get the factory switch for that option wire it to your kill line and install it right on the dash.
To a crook it will look like a regular option switch.
Find a wire going to the ECM that when disconnected causes the car to not start.
With older Dodge's we used to break the line to the pickup in the distributer.
The car will crank but not start.
Other than that, LoJack is a good choice.
You can also mount a flashing LED that does nothing but flash.
This will make the crooks think you have an alarm.
All this stuff will slow down the amateur crooks but like I said, if they really want your car they will tow it.

as long as its not in the back.lol.I love that law.
