king cobra clutch ?

been awhile since i've been in the forum, have been saving and buying parts for a t-5 conversion.
the tranny itself is supposed to be here tomorrow so i'm sure i'll be annoying you all with questions in the coming weeks.
but for now, i have a question about the king cobra clutch. i'm going to buy a king cobra clutch, but, i see them on e bay, saying their manufactured by valeo, i've seen other claims that they are made by ram, is there a specific manufacturer i need to look for or are all of them of similar quality?

5spd GT is right, Valeo makes them. I was going to get mine at http://www.buyfordracing.com/shop/product_info.php?products_id=376
