Well, when my engine is cool, when i first start it it is fine, engine runs good and no weird noises....
well after it warms up i hear some sort of knocking noise from the engine... but it doesnt happen at idle...or i should say it VERY rarely happens at idle...maybe like 1 knock every 2-3 or more minutes....
but when the engine is warmed up and i am at idle (950 Rpms) and i give it the slightest amount of gas as soon as i touch the gas i have this knock knock knock sound and it usually seems to happen at lower rpms's 1000-2500 or so...but maybe thats becuase the exhaust is too loud and i cant hear it anymore.

timing is set at 10-11 degrees and i always run 93 octane gas

If it isnt the tensioner and a knock is still evident...in my exp, usually a knock down low (idle) is a rod problem, and if nuthin at idle ck your oil press with some throttle/rpms...could also be a spun bearing (kinda sounds like two tree stumps smackin together)
I doubt your prob is this serious...or you would be a lil more worked up. Just some info to help you trouble shoot

GoodLuck

The clanking may be a loose rocker arm. It happened to me, twice. I eventually used some locktite.

The chirping noise may by the clutch pilot bearing/bearing retainer. Check to see if the chirping goes away after slightly depressing the clutch pedal.

its not a rocker arm, b/c thats that i thought first of all so i took the vaulve covers off and made sure they were all tight...but it still does it... hummmm
the sound seems to be coming from near the T-pulley right under the alt....so im not sure
