I installed a hydraulic clutch but due to the size of the power brake booster I had to mount the hydraulic clutch master cylinder below said power brake booster. By doing so it puts the clutch master cylinder push rod dang near the bottom of the clutch pedal. Which in turn has drastically increased the distance between the fulcrum point (Point A) and the pushrod connection point (Point B).
I was able to significantly cut down the distance between the two points by using an offset and effectively creating a pedal connection point (Point C) at the middle of the pedal.
It works for the most part. Meaning that when I press the clutch I have action at the clutch fork. The clutch fork moves.
The problem is that I don't have enough action to actually achieve the necessary amount of movement needed to allow full disengagement of the throw out bearing.
Not sure if I should upgrade to a bigger clutch master cylinder or increase the the length of the the offset (thus achieving better pedal ratio).
