I've searched, no results. Does anyone know and/or recommend a shop in K-town or surrounding areas that can tune my car? I'd really like to getting it running perfect (a/f ratio mainly) before I venture into some more mods.

are you new to east tn?
Nah, except for a stint of living in FL, I've lived here all my life. I've been several times to Knoxville Dragway close to Halls/Maynardville. In fact, I went ahead and laid a base run down there last October to see what I was working with in my GT (a 9.72, sucky). I took my '93 GT to 411 once and did the best I ever did with it, a 9.54. I pretty much keep my stuff stock, so no killer times obviously.
I found Amazon Racing's website, they are out of Anderson, SC. They look very professional. I read some reviews in an SVT forum that raved about their attention to detail. I think I'm going to go in May and have them give me a tune. I'm tinkering with the notion of N2O, so I definately want it running perfect before I did that.
Once we get over this cold snap, I may give you a yell and see when you're going to the track next. I've got a couple of buddies that may go as well. I have a friend that just put an FRPP 392 in his '83 (full cage, 9 inch rear end, etc.) and am anxious to go this August up to Bristol to watch him!
. But yea man just give me a pm whenever you and ur friends are thinking about heading to the track, i'd like to tag along, and i'll do the same when I decide to go. Its always better to have some more street cars to play around with

Robert Hindman should be able to help you out and he is in Knoxville. I'll try to dig up his phone number for you. no dyno there but he knows his stuff. I also think there is a place in the knoxville area called Air Cooled Classics that might be able to help you out. Go to this site at the bottom and ask in the Ford section. They should be able to help you out. www.highperformancetoys.com Might be a little out numbered by the F-bodies but it is mostly all east TN people. hope this helps
I didn't know he worked on other people's stuff though.
