You talking for belt alignment or just overall fitment? Thankfully, if needed, I put the alternator long bolt in ‘backwards’ so I can easily remove the alternator and not the entire bracket. I did have to trim the end of that bolt to get it to clear the drive belt.

I'm talking about if you want just a hair more belt tension. If you put washers under that bracket, it will push the alt pulley [out] and give you another 1/16 - 1/8 inch.

It will push out and down so, you won't get the entire width of the washer(s).

Ah, I see what you’re saying. If this belt stretches anymore that may be the perfect solution.

Does anyone know what the port way down there on the firewall is? It’s the hole with nothing coming out of it.

I let the car idle for like 25 minutes trying to burp the cooling system. Had the heat on high but it never seemed to get hot hot… was like just warm. Anyways, near the end I noticed I was leaking like a good amount of clear water. It wasn’t leaking anything for like 22 of the 25 minutes. Mind you I’ve filled up the cooling system with green coolant 50/50 mix. Maybe it’s something to do with the heater core and it’s purging out (unintentionally) the remaining old water/coolant mix? Like it’s clear clear and the old coolant was super dirty so I would’ve expected dirty water/coolant leaking. It was enough to soak up two towels:

So down below that metal pipe, kind of hard to see. It looks like just a hole, but I doubt it supposed to be just a hole? Is there a hose that maybe broke off? I didn’t see a dangling hose anywhere.

I don't see what you're looking in those photos but more than likely, it's the drain for the A/C condenser.

Mine spits water right onto the header (which I'm not amused by).

Well if so that’s good news, I suppose. I’m ’working From home’ tomorrow so I want to finish burping the cooling system until hot hot air blows out the vents.

I closely watched the belts today again. Screeched on startup, I think I narrowed down the screech to the serpentine belt this time and I think it fixed it on its own by running. The tensioner pulley was rhythmically ‘jumping’, then settled itself. I’m thinking I actually did not have all the belt ribs aligned properly. After it settled itself, even after blipping the throttle it did not squeal anymore. So progress!

And, While I was just letting it idle today I turned on the headlights and fog lights (first time); learned the fog lights don’t turn on. Add that to the list.

Give it a little bit. Also, check all pulley alignments now that you've spun it.

Do the s/c instructions suggest gauging S/c belt tension by how far you can twist the belt with your fingers at the midpoint between crank and s/c pullley? I seem to remember aiming for tensioning it such that I could only twist the belt 90° at its most flexiest point.

My apologies if I missed it in my speed reading to get up to date, how did it idle when you first fired it up with the supercharger? Mine idled like a kid with polio pushing a wheelbarrow uphill till I did a base idle reset
