Okay im going with the tfs1 in my 91 302.Can i use the stock pushrods?im using the lifters that where used with this low mileage cam there going back on the same lobes they were on.Also headbolts can i resuse my stockers?I noticed when i pulled the lower bolts out coolant came out too im guessing i use thread sealer on the lower bolts and oil on the bottum of the head?(bolt to head surface)

thanks for the help so far.Oh yeah and when i tighten the rockers to i just torque them to stock?or do i adjust them now?

If you still have stock heads and stock valves then yes you can use the stock pushrods. After market heads usually need different length pushrods. By the book you should use new head bolts, but Ive reused the stock ones all up untill last year when I got my AFRs I finally got new ones, but I would reuse the stock ones in your case (heads do not need to be removed for a cam swap). There are some bolt holes that go into the water jacket just put some thread sealer on those threads and the oil on the bottom of the heads just like you were saying.
If you still have pedastol mount rockers just torque them to 21 ft-lbs just like normal.

Get new headbolts, even if you had success using your stock ones I wouldn't ever recommend using the stock head bolts, there not meant to be reused.

x1000. They are one time use for a reason; unless you're good at interpreting bolt stretch and know how to inspect bolts, I wouldn't take the chance, and even if I thought that they were perfectly pre-stretched for my use, I don't know if I'd do it.

There's being cheap and then there's being too cheap...

Yeah the heads im getting are e7's with mild port work with crane roller rockers only 1.6 im guessing that the roller rockers arent gonna be any gain at all? Also the heads have springs good for .600lift gonna swap them with my afr's that were built on my DSS long block with the tfs 1 cam.

Think im gonna buy this headgasket bolt kit,

plus i plan to hit the lincoln with a 100-150 shot lol.bye bye aod.

I wouldn't spend 100 bucks on that. I would spend 40 bucks for ARP head bolts, 26 bucks for 9333pt1 head gaskets, and 30 bucks on the felpro reusable valve cover gaskets. It'll be cheaper then that kit and ALOT better quality. You can get those felpro head and valve cover gaskets at your local Advance, Autozone, Napa, Carquest, etc, so dont even think about paying shipping and handling on them.
