Basically what the title says. I'm gonna be heading to the 1/8th mile strip in the next couple of weeks and this will be my first time launching on 4:10's, and only the second time launching in a manual vehicle. I'm looking on tips and tricks for the best launch.

launch off idle. If you feel like slipping the clutch, then you can try that, but that takes practice at the track to get it down on street tires. Lower your tire pressure to about 20psi, get a light burnout to clean them off, and drive around the water. If you have rocks, dirt, or water on them, your going to go in to wheelspin quickly.

You might be able to pull a decent 60' by slipping the clutch and rolling into the throttle but its going to take a few passes to dial that in so its your call if you want to abuse the clutch.
