Lean condition in 3rd & 4th

I was wondering if my fuel pump needs to be upgraded. I start detonating in 3rd at the track and on the highway when I'm on it. I did the volume test on it right before I did my mods and it was good but barely... Timing is at 12* and I have an adjustable FPR and no matter how pressure I put on it, it still does it(93 octane by the way)... Or could this be my computer. Any help to solve my problem would be greatly appreciated

anyone have any suggestions? would unplugging my ect help...It only seems to do this when the car warms up.
