Ok so my buddy hooks me up with a tri-ax shifter for my 97 gt. But, it came out of a 03 gt. So we put it in and then I drive it and surprise. It comes to my mind I have a t-45 and he has a t-3650 in his. Needless to say it didn't work and now I gotta sell it. So lesson learned and I just had a brain fart and didn't think about it just happy to get something free.

haha a tri-ax is still fairly valuable, especially if its for a 3650. Just go on mustang sites and forums and propose a trade or outright sell it for a t-45 one

and i dont know about the 3650 being stronger than the t-45, i just know its an updated model with slightly different gears. both have about the same amount of problems lol
