Let me count the ways,
Ford brings back the Mustang in these modern days.

Where it all started off with the GT and V6,
Saleen and Roush came back with their own type of tricks.

And just when we thought the Cobra would come back,
Shelby came along and threw that idea out of whack.

Introducing once again his GT500 car
tossing out the famous "Cobra" name and all that fubar.

But that wasn't all for this silly old man,
who sought to exploit his name with all that he can.

His Shelby GT, better than the stock GT with an extra 25 horse power,
Knowing that the market would love the idea and consume, devour.

Now with the S-197 rounding its third straight year.
Two more mustangs will be in the mix, some fans will cheer, some fans will fear.

The Boss and the Bullitt have joined in the orgy of Mustangs redone!
Making the ideas of customizing your car to be a little less fun.

Why do things your own way when you have a mile long list
of mustangs and more mustangs to pick that all coexist.

We have hardtops, convertibles... come look at our heap pile,
Hell we even have a car to suit your mullet hair style.

I'm not too sure about you, but I have a hard time trying to celebrate.
Picking my own mustang is like going to the doctor's who's poking my prostate.

So many to choose from, so many shapes and forms.
Which one does what? That one has that? Which one outperforms?

I hate to say it friends, but the many mustang breeds are draining its soul,
When Ford Mustangs on the road are as common as an *******.

So let me finish this little old rhyme with some words of advice,
So many mustangs out there, just make sure not to pay the selling price.

Dougie, my friend, you seldomly post
but you are the stanger that we miss the most

creative suggestions and witty idea's
keeps many a stanger from buying a kia

you're wheels are pimp, like you, my friend
and your interior's sexy, just like your girlfriend

i didn't intend to reply with a poem
but if you give me oars, then i guess i should row'em

Get on down to kingston sometime in the spring
so i can tell these guys that i drank with the king

as for me, i don't like the new mustangs that well
it's the name of the fad, not the legend they sell

I'll conclude my reply with a fare bid adu
With a very drunken merry christmas to you

A beer is more than required.

I say we get something together, say... the beginning of April.

Daaayuummm skippy.

Therian, you're more than welcome, this town has lots of girls. (Queen's University, St Lawrence College, Royal Military College, 7 Federal Penitentiaries....if you can't get laid here, you're in serious trouble)

Also, if Stephane (1TallMF) is around, he'll have no problems going for brews

Oh wow...props to the mad rhymers in here
I think modern rap has something to fear.

The S-197 has many a fan
I guess people like Ford's new can

As for me, I'll admit it...I am a bit sad
that the mustang has become the very next fad

but fads do come and go
as I'm sure you all know

and until that time, we can rest assured
That we have, the best of the herd.

So I'm not exactly a great poet....and it's kinda late.....but I tried

I'm down for a drink fest, and that actually might work wonders for the time, as I might be on leave, or getting ready to go back to the middle east. My next tour should hopefully be in May

I guess it depends if Aaron's car is road-worthy by april I have no trouble making the trip to the Niagara region if needed (could make for some interesting photo ops), but I guess we could flip a coin or something to see who has to travel

hey guys i just drove by the ford dealership today and i noticed a chicane?? model maybe spelled wrong but what the hell is that? and maybe the next body style they will have the four door and the wagon... then they can build the front wheel drive and a mustang truck and have every single aspect of the market covered...its not like going down to the ford dealership and picking a model its like the mustang has become its own make no longer a model!!
