Anybody running a lightning MAF on HCI car? What did you do for the cold air intake? Did you just run to lowes?

Yes, I run that meter and yes I ran to lowes - plumbing section. No on the cold air, it don't do nothing. Good luck either way!

here is my set-up, it's a 80mm lightning MAF though. It's a C&L fox body inlet pipe.

i was wondering the same thing.. Wes had some great info for me in the tuning section.

what it boiled down to was, based on my datalog, i wasn't pegging the stocker yet so the upgrade might've actually not been beneficial.

fwiw, might wanna look into whether or not you're pegging your current unit.

I changed my setup to move the filter into the fender.
Pics and elbow source is here:

I bought this adapter. It's the only one I've found with a lip built on the edge.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220153212340

I bought the couplers from: www.treadstoneperformance.com They were the only ones to have the couplers and the reducer in stock in red. Plus, the Stainless T-bolt Clamps were a good price.
