alright i was driving home and i heard some squeaking coming from my rear break area, i get home and check i and there is alittle bit of play in the rear drivers side caliper. however there is no play in the passenger side, the only differance i can see is that the rubber insert that goes around the caliper pin is worn to pretty much nothing on the drivers side and the passenger side is fine, could this be causing my problem??

if the pins hold or stick the caliper then the piston in the caliper is put into a bind. then it rides in that bind until the piston gets scored enough for you to notice a problem.... replace the caliper. i have the same calipers on my saleen and on my svo i sold. the reman front calipers are cheap from the parts stores.

Before you start throwing parts at it, take it appart and figure out whats wrong first, if its just the pin there is no need to spend a 100 bucks replancing everything just go to the junkyard and get one for a buck (or free if you want to stick it into your pocket) or get the hardware kit from Napa

My thoughts exactly.

Pull the wheel off and take off the caliper and have a look first.
