That is probally one of the main reasons I don't go out very much. The surgery technology in that area is gotten very advanced. There was one website I was looking at where they showed "after" pics of some transexuals after surgery, and I swear it was too good. In a drunken stupor, you wouldn't figure it out until it's too late. Adam's apple removal/shrinkage, even hip surgeries that can really change the shape of things. So, when I meet a girl, and you see me feeling her sides. I'll tell her I have a thing about ribs, but the reality, I'm counting them.
