HPDE 2015 Mustang GT Build Update & Season Recap

It's hard to believe another HPDE season is under our belt. Throughout 2025, Scott Springer had a lot of seat time in his performance pack equipped competition orange 2015 Mustang GT. To kickoff 2025, Scott debuted the car at COTA (Circuit of the Americas) in Austin, Texas and ran at several great tracks throughout the year. Those other tracks included Hallett Motor Racing Circuit, Motorsport Ranch Cresson, Ozarks International Raceway, and Motorsports Park Hastings.

To end the year, Scott had the car back at COTA where he knocked off a seconds from his previous best. The faster time was a byproduct of good seat time throughout the year and the ability to learn from others at each track.

Also in the video, we talk about the weight of this S550 Mustang GT and it being a little down on power compared to another one of our shop cars.
