local tracks in MD/DC/VA area?

I live in Anne Arundel county, Maryland. I recently got my 'stang and I'm looking for a place to open it up without getting arrested

Are there any tracks reasonbly nearby my area where I can go and run 1/4 miles and/or other regular tracks?

Also - I have a convertible, and I heard that some tracks have rollbar requirements. Any info on that would be appreciated as well.
