Any idea where to get this?
No-one seems to sell a complete (and correct!) kit of all the water pump/timing chain cover bolts and studs.

I've bought an ARP kit, which is just bolts. I've also bought several of the 23744 kits which contain 1 bolt, a short stud and a long (but not long enough) stud.

I'm pretty sure this is the one, copied from various other threads.
It needs the stud portion, rather than just a bolt, as it's one of the two that hold the black bracket on for the power steering pump.

#9 Stud/Bolt, OAL 6-1/2, UHL 5-1/16
Bolt threaded 7/8", shank 4-3/16 (7/8 + 4-3/16 = 5-1/16" UHL)
Standard head 3/16", 3/8-16 stud thread = 1-1/4"
7/8 + 4-3/16 + 3/16 + 1-1/4 = 6-1/2" OAL
Drive size is 5/8"
Notes: Stud retains accessory, accessory flange nut is 3/8-16,
9/16 drive
Clamps water pump to TCC and TCC to block

I'm also in the UK, so junkyards aren't really an option.

Thanks very much for any help.

Totally Stainless

Water Pump Kit 302 EFI Through '93 12 pt stainless. Part #6-0931

This should be the right part number and it looks like they ship to the UK just call to confirm.

My understanding from everything I've read is that totally stainless doesn't carry the studded bolts.

Varsity Ford might be of some help as they seem to carry items like that.

Here are the bolts that Totally Stainless has:
http://www.veryuseful.com/mustang/tech/tmp/TotallyStainlessWaterPumpBolts.jpg

As I remember, I got the "Engine Kit 5.0L EFI SBF" (6-0897) (~$45), and the the "Stud Bolt Kit for 302 SBF EFI Water Pump" (6-9029)(~$30). Plus, ~$10 for shipping and handling.
Check and verify those numbers and prices before ordering!

Also, it took ~5 weeks before I received them. So, if you need something NOW, I'd suggest asking before you order!

I also looked everywhere for the "complete" water pump bolt kit.

I wish I had found the totally stainless kit, I had to settle with the junk yard.

I had the same problem, I ordered the ARP kit and only like 3 or 4 of the bolts actually worked. I ended up just going to the hardware store and getting all the bolts I needed there.

I've ordered the Totally Stainless kit and am still on the lookout for anything else that may work until it arrives.

For a temporary fix you might want to look into what chrome_rust suggested.

Engine Might have to get a Dart block but don't want to and if I do, then 363 instead of 331. Thoughts on what I've already bought so far.......
