Longtubes on P Heads

Searched random combinations of: GT-40P, GT40P, headers, long tubes

I have a P motor in my wagon and I'll be swapping it into the Mustang I'm building (Mustang gets DD duty while the wagon is going a touch more radical). I have access to some FlowTech ceramic coated long tube headers at a steal of a deal (in a package purchase).
Would these fit the P heads? I've heard most people say that long tubes fit fine, but has anyone heard whether these particular LTs will work?

The last I heard was that mac and ford racing shorties would fit but almost no long tubes would fit the p head I think any headers that have individual flanges for each tube would work but as far as i know mac is the only ones that are set-up like that

The FRPP shorties I have aren't individual flanges...
