I found a local guy parting out his car, i got the Hood for 100 and the seats for 25 each. I only got the seats bc they in good cond and need a little cleaning up and i have the gay cloth 4cyl seats. I will worry about the rear seat later. The Hood is in great condition just a couple of small chips on the rear part of it that i can repair its a 1 1/2 cowl mach 1(he said cervinis but i dont see a brand newhere). He was going to sell my a mass air conversion kit for 100 more bucks!! but i was broke but hopefully he'll still have it when i get paid next week! im also looking for some black ponies to throw on to match with the hood lol til i save up for my paint job

it was everything minus the computer, the car was running ok cept for a loud tick from the valve train and oil leak that looked like it was comming from the rear main seal, but i dropped it off at the ford dealership bc my engine is under a 3 year warranty so i have to look at it and fix anything that has to due with the longblock for free

i'm glad stockton is nowhere near riverside

it appears dry in the master cylinder but there is still fluid in the front brake system. cars around 75 or so got divided brake lines as a safety feature (if a leak occurs then the whole system doesn;t go out.)

are you sure your brakes are working as fine as they always have?

secondly, did you check the oil in your engine? oil leak + lifter tick sounds like you were low on oil. why doesn your warranteed engine have a leak already?

nice seats though man, other than that rip they look pristine. thanks for wanting to take off those dubs too

yea the oil level was fine when i checked it! he called and said the lower intake was leaking oil and he tightened it up, and he said he's not sure about the ticking, he'll need somemore time lol. Its been 4 days already and i called today but he's off til monday, so i gotta wait til monday to see what he has to say now lol.

On the brakes they did stop better befor but i swapped rearend and the lines didnt match up or something and thats where the leak occured, they stop ok, if i stomp it thought it wont lock up the tires

and the rims lol, im looking for a set of black ponies or cobra r with a polished lip, to throw on in the meantime til i get the car painted
