Whats your budget? i ask this because there are a few routes you can go. Do you want to build the car yourself? If you can fork out 7-9k you can get yourself a track/street ready fox with built engine/suspension/drivetrain you name it. People like whiteheat, and that blue lx (rob? cant remember the name but SC 306 w/ all goodies) etc.. I got mine with everything listed for 8500 with 3k on engine and 10k on everything else. Just all depends on what route you wanna go. Goodluck

look for a nice 4-banger rust free fox from the south if you plan on rebuilding everything. It will FAR more enjoyable to build and drive than your 03. I cannot stand my cousins 99, its not loud enough, everythings big $$, and you actually expect it to drive great, not rattle, pass inspections....cmon boring...lol . No normal person really cares about a 94-04 stang to be honest (unles its a terminator) they see a million of them everyday. once you drive around in a nice sounding/looking fox, heads will be turning everywhere you go. i have driven my cousins 99 for a week straight, and my other cousins 94 a few. I will never buy either unless it's a cobra...just not for me. but hopefully welcome aboard.

\good point......drive around for an hour and you'll see a countless number of sn-95 and edge body cars, but seeing a nice foxbody is alittle more rare

take this for what its worth.

If i were to ever buy another fox it would HAVE to have black interior no matter what.... and No rust everything else can be fixed or upgraded at a reasonable price.

if you want a decent car your gonna have 6-9k in it before you know it

U see raven up there

wow , you should easily be able to find a nice fox for 5G's . just take your time , they are out there . I searched high and low for about 6 months and came across a diamond in the rough . I found a fox 30 mins from my house that was owned since new by a couple in their mid 50's and it was the wifes car BONE STOCK with air silencer still intacked . It was so clean it took every bit of self control I had when I went and looked at it...he was asking 3000 , got it for $2500 .

I used this checklist when I bought my '89. Spent about 45 minutes to an hour going through the list. THANKS for taking the time to do this checklist!
