looking for bumper cover for my 93' LX

New to the foxbody and was wondering if any of you guys could recommend a good place that may carry aftermarket body parts for the fox's. I am looking for the back bumper cover, the stocker is badly discolored and has some damage to it. My plan is to paint the entire car down the road so I may not install this until then but atleast I will have it. I believe that the part is injected molded with the color added, I do not believe it is painted..I could be wrong. Is this part paintable??? Any help would be appreciated. I have included some pics below so you can really see the difference between the bumper and the rest of the car. Now that I think about it I may need the front also.

It is paintable, just sand it down. The urathane is actually orange underneath. A few places sell reproductions such as 5.0resto. Alot of them dont say mustang like the stocker, not sure if thats a problem or not. You could also try and find one used but if yours is in good shape just have it repainted.

Looking at it again i think its a different shade then the rest of the car, not faded. You sure it wasnt replaced at some point?

It may have been replaced at one time, I am not sure. Others that have seen it just think it has faded over time. I would just try to sand it down but it has a big crack in it on the right side and it looks like hell. I checked Cervini's site but they do not have anything for the LX. I will check out 5.0Resto, as far as it not saying Mustang, that is no biggie. Thanx.

sweet car.......I would just have it sanded and repainted unless there are any cracks?

I just bought a new cover from 50 resto along with a header panel, nice stuff, just came out of paint, gotta get it back together friday, I'll know how the fit is then, like said before it doesnt have mustang molded in it, too damn hard to find a nice used one anymore

i have the 50resto lx rear bumper on mine... fit was perfect... it comes in black... so paint will come soon..
