Hi Everyone,
I have gotten good Intel from people here before. I am asking if any of y'all know of a honest mustang expert in my area that I can take my Elly to, to have her looked at and tell me what she needs. Does she really need a new motor, rebuild the trani and replace the rear-end, according to my husband. I want to have someone look at her that is not trying, so to speak, bend me over the proverbial barrel like most all mechanics out there! I need to know if she is worth the time and money. Can anyone please advise? I live in Hudson, Florida.
Thank you in advance for your help and advice.
EllyGT

Try going to the Better Business Bureau and look up mechanics in your area. Some of the search engine links will have comments and ratings from customers.

Yea I did that and came up empty handed. Sucks being a girl cause mechanics either think you are gullible and stupid or despise you cause you like cars and can understand what their saying even if you don't know all the terminology. Guess i will have to just take a chance and more than likely get screwed and not even in a good way. This sucks!

Yeah, wondering about that too. Does the car run and drive okay? Does your husband just hate Mustangs?
