Marauder with a Cobra Long Block, Vortec V-2 "T" trim, A to A, 8 rib Riechart Pulley, 10% OD Crank and 19 psi. At 5K RPM boost drops off and will not go above 15psi.
No belt slip, no BOP leak, cyclinder compression and leak down checked ok.
Any suggestions?
