i was 193 the end of april. im 168 now but im much more muscular... just diet, cardio/lifting and protein for me im sure i lost arounf 30 pounds of actual fat. good work keep it up!
I have gone from 276 to 224 in about 6 months. I have 30 lbs left to get to my goal of 195. It feels great to lose the weight. Hopefully I am gonna get out to the track after memorial day and get some runs in. Just think of it this way, your making the car faster for free
Im 6'1 Im Shooting for 185 then im im gonna start trying to get ripped. My legs are pretty ripped right now i just need to work on mY abdominal/ lower chest and ill be solid..
