Lots of part choices, what are the right ones?

After reading about the TSB on the spark plug issue with these cars I checked out mine. Sure enough i got the crappy 2 piece plugs. I read all the horror stories of having to pull the heads and spending big bucks just for a tune up. So that got me thinking, if mine were to break, i mine as well upgrade!

So here the question: What head, cam, longtubes do you recommend, and how much am i realisticaly looking at?

I like BBK longtubes with catted mid pipe (got to stay legal ) but the heads and cams got me confused. Ford racing cams? Like the sound but no one seems to be impressed by the power, Detroit Rockers? Are those good for N/A? Are the stock heads good enough?

I know F/I is the popular choice, but honestly mines not going to see much track time, and id like to stay N/A. Just something that makes good power and sounds like a true muscle car.

Oh yea, its a 2006 GT 5speed. Typical bolt ons- CAI, diablosport tuner, magnaflow cat back. Stock rear gears. 35xxx miles on the odo.

Its not that hard to get the spark plugs out, just take your time. I've never seen anybody plan thousands of dollars worth of mods around having to change plugs lol.

If you're planning on going Supercharger for Ford Racing Whipple and forget the heads and cams. As for the spark plugs they're not that difficult if you're patient and are familiar with the procedure.
