Even before the TSB came out on our tranny (for gear grinding), I've convinced the dealer approx. 2 years ago, that something needed to be replaced....so they swaped 1st 2nd 3rd & 4th gears (and syncros).....after that gear grinding was gone~
However, now I'm faced with a different problem. This tranny is making mad noise and it's getting louder and louder...especially when it's cold outside. Just listening to the tranny when the car is on idle, I honestly think that it'll break soon. So before I spend more $$$ on it, I'm thinking if draining and refilling with a brand new tranny oils. What brand do you guys recommend?
Or any other thought to this matter would be greatly appreciated...
