Low end lugging

any ideas? when around 1,100 rpms and accelerating during normal driving the motor seems to miss a couple cylinders or something i dont know, doesnt make anynoise just drops out like 2 times real quick then as soon as the rpms get higher like around 1,300 it goes away. ????? weird... will my new intake possibly get ride of it?
